Basic Terms and Conditions
Payment
Following despatch of your order, you will be invoiced as per your agreed terms of contract. Payment is acceptable by cheque, credit card
or BACS transfer.We accept MasterCard,Visa or Delta. Please ensure cardholders name and address, card number and expiry date are
included.
Cheques should be payable to Pro昀椀le Education Limited.
Deliveries
Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and all Highland and Islands may incur additional charges, please
contact us to con昀椀rm prices before placing your order.
Please note – for any delivery classed as a residential address, a domestic delivery surcharge of £8.75 will be added to the order
Deliveries are made to ground 昀氀oor reception only.
Failed deliveries will incur charges.
Please advise of any access restrictions when placing order. If not advised and delivery is attempted charges will be incurred.
Any delivery charges will be stated on your current price list or on our website.
Goods are normally despatched on a standard 2-5 day service, however our standard lead time of up to 10 working days applies.
If a very speci昀椀c delivery time (e.g. 2.00 p.m.) is required please advise with order as there is usually a further charge

Refunds or Returns
Your satisfaction with our goods and service is important to us.We will gladly refund or exchange any goods if returned in the original
packaging, unsoiled and unused, within 7 days from receipt of goods. Please check all items on delivery. If an item is faulty or damaged,
simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and they will be collected free of charge.The item will be replaced or refunded in full.
Alternatively, replacement parts can be despatched quickly. Please note – if goods are unsuitable there will be a handling charge of 30% of
total order value.
All corrugated 昀椀breboard products are non refundable.
Goods cannot be returned if they have been assembled or part assembled.
Cancellations
If the goods have not been despatched there will be no charge. If goods have been despatched then our re stocking charge will apply.
Risk and Title
Until such time Pro昀椀le receives full payment for goods we reserve the right for our legal representatives to enter any premises of the
buyer to repossess our goods.
Alterations
Pro昀椀le reserve the right to alter prices, product speci昀椀cations and terms and conditions without prior noti昀椀cation.
